Rock N' Rumble
Welcome to the rumble! These terms keep the meadow fair and fun. Play nice, don't cheat, look after your account, and remember the characters belong to us — everything else is common sense.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Liverocket, Inc. (“Liverocket”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Rock N' Rumble mobile game (the “Game”) and the website rocknrumble.io (the “Site”). By downloading or playing the Game, or using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game or the Site.
2. License to play
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own entertainment on a device that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the terms of the app store you downloaded it from (the Apple App Store or Google Play).
3. Eligibility
You may use the Game only if you can lawfully do so where you live. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use.
4. Your account
You can play the Game as a guest. Linking an account (Settings → Link Account) keeps your progress across devices. If you create an account, you agree to:
- provide accurate information when creating your account;
- keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity that happens under your account;
- notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You can permanently delete your account at any time directly in the app — see our Account & Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms (see Sections 5 and 12).
5. Fair play
The rumble only works if it's fair. You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, bots, or modified clients;
- interfere with the Game's servers or other players' enjoyment of the Game;
- reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Game, except where the law expressly permits;
- use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts and access to online features for violations of this section.
6. Virtual items and purchases
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases, such as cosmetic character skins and animations. Cosmetic items do not affect gameplay balance. Purchases on iOS are processed by Apple and on Android by Google, through your store account and subject to that store's terms; billing issues and refund requests are handled by the respective store (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google: Google Play order history). Virtual items and in-game currency are licensed to you, not sold, have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or items of value outside the Game, and are removed if you delete your account.
7. Intellectual property
The Game and the Site — including all characters, artwork, animations, names, logos, software and audio — are owned by Liverocket or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except for the license in Section 2, no rights are granted to you. Please don't use our characters or branding commercially without written permission.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any of its features (including online features) at any time. Online play requires an internet connection and depends on services that may occasionally be unavailable. We are not liable for outages, maintenance windows or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and Liverocket, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Game or your use of it. In the event of any failure of the Game to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) paid for the Game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Disclaimers
The Game and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liverocket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Game or the Site. Our total liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us through the Game in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD 50).
12. Termination
You can stop using the Game at any time by deleting your account and the app. We may terminate or suspend the license in Section 2 and your account if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 7, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live remain unaffected.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date above. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
