The short version: you can play as a guest without giving us any personal information at all. Linking an account asks only for a username, password and email so your progress can follow you across devices. No third-party ads, no selling of data — and you can permanently delete your account and everything tied to it at any time, right inside the app.
1. Who we are
Rock N' Rumble (the “Game”) and the website rocknrumble.io (the “Site”) are operated by Liverocket, Inc. (“we”, “us”). Questions about this policy or your data? Email [email protected].
2. What we don't do
- The Game contains no third-party advertising networks.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
- We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or anything from your device beyond what the Game needs to run (described below).
- This website sets no cookies and contains no analytics or trackers.
3. Information we collect and why
Guest play
You can play Rock N' Rumble as a guest without providing any personal information. Guest progress is associated with your device, so it may not survive deleting the app or switching phones.
Account data
If you choose to link an account (Settings → Link Account), we ask for a username, a password and an email address. The email address is used only to secure and recover your account — never for marketing. For linked accounts we store on our servers: your username and profile information, email address, authentication credentials, game progress and player statistics, match history, in-game inventory and virtual currency balances, and cloud save data. We use this to operate your account, save your progress, run matches and leaderboards, and let you continue playing across devices.
Online matches
To connect you with other players in real time, our game servers process basic technical data: your IP address, session/match identifiers and device type. This data is used to run the match, keep connections stable and protect the service from abuse. Short-term server logs are kept for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.
In-app purchases
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (cosmetic items such as character skins). Purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google through your store account; we receive confirmation of the purchase so we can credit your in-game items, but we never receive your payment card details. See Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
Store statistics
Apple and Google provide us with aggregated, anonymized statistics about the Game (such as download counts and crash reports) under their own privacy terms.
4. Account and data deletion
You can permanently delete your account and the data listed above directly inside the app: Account → Delete Account → confirm. Full details — including what is removed and limited retention for security, fraud-prevention and legal compliance — are on our Account & Data Deletion page. If you can't access your account, email [email protected] and we'll handle the deletion for you.
5. Support email
If you contact [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to help you, and we delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed to resolve your request or to meet legal obligations.
6. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account or sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We limit the data we handle to what the Game needs, transmit it over encrypted connections, and restrict access to the systems that process it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. The fastest way to delete your data is the in-app account deletion; for anything else, email [email protected].
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
