Frequently asked questions

Is Rock N' Rumble free?

Yes — the Game is free to download and play (iOS 16 or later on iPhone). Optional cosmetic in-app purchases (like character skins) may be offered; they never affect gameplay balance.

I can't connect to a match. What should I check?

Online play needs a stable internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, restart the app, and make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store. Still stuck? Email us with your connection type and we'll dig in.

Is my progress backed up anywhere?

Yes, if you've linked an account — your progress, statistics and items are saved to the cloud and follow you across devices. Guest progress is tied to your device and may not survive deleting the app or switching phones, so link your account first (Settings → Link Account). Deleting the app does not delete a linked account.

How do I delete my account and data?

Directly in the app: open Rock N' Rumble, log in, go to Account → Delete Account and confirm. Everything tied to your account is permanently removed — full details on the Account & Data Deletion page. Can't access your account? Email [email protected] and we'll handle it.

Is there an Android version?

Yes — the game is built for both iOS and Android. The Google Play listing is temporarily unavailable while it is being restored and will be back shortly; the Play button on our homepage will take you straight there.

How do refunds for in-app purchases work?

Purchases are processed by the store you bought them in. On iOS visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account and select the purchase; on Android use your Google Play order history. The store makes the final decision on refunds.

How do I report a bug or another player?

Email [email protected] with as much detail as you can. For player reports, include the approximate match time so we can investigate.
